Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our national inbound contact center, providing home equity lending guidance and solutions. You will uncover client priorities, objectives, and needs, then structure loan solutions using defined processes and tools.

You will collaborate with partners across home lending to manage milestones, maintain proactive follow-ups, and ensure compliance with HMDA and SAFE Act requirements while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer facing and/or customer contact center experience.
• Ability to learn all platform systems used within the environment and adapt to new tools.
• Ability to balance client needs with regulatory and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end comprehensive lending guidance and solutions to prospective borrowers.
• Answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls to understand lending needs and guide clients to best solutions.
• Maintains client communication and follow-ups throughout the loan process with business partners.
