Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on borrowing and banking products across the loan lifecycle.
• Develop and deepen client relationships to expand lending opportunities.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications, document collection, and ongoing updates.
• Contact clients via outbound calls, email, and messaging to manage the mortgage process.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
