Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent consultative sales background.
• Ability to assess client needs, build trust, and deepen relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial data and advise on product/pricing policies.
• Commitment to regulatory due diligence and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized and personalized service offering advice on borrowing and banking offerings.
• Builds and deepens relationships with clients by leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyzes client financial needs and recommends suitable financial services.
• Presents home lending product solutions and guides mortgage applications through process.
• Maintains ongoing client contact via outbound calls, email, and messaging.
• Responds to client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Supports leadership with coaching and guidance to associates to deliver exceptional client experience.
