Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent sales experience with client needs assessment.
• Ability to interact proactively with clients and build trust through consultative sales.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-resolution skills.
• Understanding of lending guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service offering guidance on borrowing and banking across life stages.
• Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through meetings and tailored solutions.
• Balance sales, risk, and client care while leveraging bank capabilities.
• Present mortgage products, collect documentation, and guide clients through the process.
• Conduct outreach, follow-up, and referrals to internal partners for optimal client experience.
• Coach and collaborate with associates to deliver exceptional service.
