Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent sales experience.

• Ability to analyze financial and credit data to advise clients on product policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes the client's financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend financial services.
• Presents home lending solutions, submits mortgage applications, and assists clients with documentation.
• Maintains communication with clients via outbound calls, email, and messaging throughout the loan process.
• Engages in outreach and pipeline management to meet client needs.
• Partners with leaders to guide financial center associates on delivering exceptional client experiences.
