Job summary

AeroBarrier is seeking a Rating Field Inspector in Albuquerque, NM to assist in home energy ratings and compliance. The position requires physical capabilities and offers work-from-home flexibility when not in the field.

Qualifications include some construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn testing tools. The role provides a salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 along with robust benefits including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, however some construction trade experience preferred.
• Must have ability to carry heavy equipment (~50lbs) and climb ladders.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work from home when not in the field.
• Must complete RESNET RFI training within 2 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Perform Home Performance Testing for energy ratings.
• Conduct Onsite Verifications for thermal bypass compliance.
• Generate Site Inspection reports using Company Cam app.
