Job summary

Performance Point, LLC is seeking dependable Field Inspectors to travel to new construction sites and perform energy testing to ensure code compliance.

You will inspect homes for quality and readiness, identify issues, and produce clear reports for builders. All training and equipment are provided, with a path toward energy rating certifications. This is independent, full-time work on site with the ability to advance into Rater roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance needed.
• Ability to work safely on construction sites required.
• Professional appearance and conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to new construction sites in your territory.
• Perform specialized energy testing (Blower Door & Duct Blaster).
• Inspect homes for quality and readiness.
• Identify issues and create punch lists.
• Produce accurate reports for builders.
• Maintain equipment and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and your team.
