Job summary

Resource Innovations in the San Diego area seeks a Residential Outreach Specialist to promote enrollment in the Energy Savings Assistance Program. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, outreach, education or related field.
• Ability to obtain Home Improvement Salesperson registration through the CSLB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to eligible households via canvassing, referrals, and approved sources.
• Explain Energy Savings Assistance Program benefits and eligibility to utility customers.
• Gather enrollment documents and complete enrollment paperwork.
• Install basic energy- and water-saving measures (LED bulbs, faucet aerators, etc.).
