Job summary

HopeSource is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Energy/Weatherization team in Ellensburg, WA. The role involves direct client engagement through home visits, energy education, program intake, outreach, and weatherization support.

You will work independently and with a team to promote safer, warmer, and more energy-efficient homes across Kittitas County. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and curious, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home conservation education visits and assess energy-saving measures.
• Assist with home energy audits/inspections.
• Create and maintain client files and reports; input data for multiple programs.
• Plan outreach activities to enroll clients in HopeSource programs.
• Conduct client intakes and process payments.
• Develop and distribute conservation education materials to clients.
• Evaluate program success via surveys and feedback.
• Support weatherization staff with daily tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
