Job summary

Endless Energy New England Inc is seeking a driven Home Energy Specialist to perform comprehensive home energy assessments in Massachusetts and educate homeowners on energy-saving solutions within the Mass Save program framework.

You will identify energy efficiency opportunities, communicate benefits and incentives, and guide customers through weatherization and equipment upgrades. Travel across MA will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year sales or customer-facing experience.
• Mass Save program knowledge or BPI certification preferred.
• Residential energy efficiency knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential home energy assessments and document findings.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and communicate benefits to homeowners.
• Explain Mass Save program requirements and available incentives.
• Maintain accurate records and CRM data across the sales process.
• Travel within Massachusetts to scheduled appointments.
