Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment at patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality customer service.

Based in the Phoenix Metro market, you will join a flagship facility with strong teamwork, a transparent on-call rotation, and a stable schedule. A Safe Driver Bonus is available for eligible technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and set-ups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
