Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to reliably deliver durable medical equipment to Apria patients in the home. You will handle loading, unloading, and basic setup, with attention to safety and proper documentation.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of three years of driving history. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
• At least one year related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment and supplies to patients’ homes.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and other equipment as allowed by state regulations.
• Load/unload equipment and complete delivery paperwork and vehicle logs.
• Respond to emergency delivery calls during regular hours and on-call.
• Maintain patient profiles and report unsafe home environments to supervisor.
