Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to patients at their homes. The role involves loading and unloading equipment, and occasionally instructing patients on proper usage of respiratory and other equipment.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years of driving history, with on-call delivery coverage as needed. Training programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment to patients in the home.
• Load and unload equipment from delivery vehicle.
• Instruct patients on basic use of equipment when needed.
• Complete daily delivery logs and related paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle through routine checks and report malfunctions.
