Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to responsibly deliver durable medical equipment to Apria patients at home. You will load, transport and assist with basic equipment use, maintaining accurate logs and patient profiles.

The role requires a valid drivers license, a clean driving history, 21+ years old, and completion of the driver training program. On-call responsibilities and safety compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• Completion of Apria Healthcare's Driver Training Program.
• Must meet job-related requirements to comply with DOT, FDA and accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment to patients in the home.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and medical equipment as allowed.
• Load and unload equipment; maintain vehicle & logs.
• Respond to emergency delivery calls during business hours and on-call.
• Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork; update patient profiles.
