Requirements include RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and 12 months RN experience (nephrology/home therapies preferred). This role involves on-call, travel, and ongoing professional development within the CAP program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Current or valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 12 months of RN experience; 1 year in nephrology/home therapies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Assess and manage patient response to home dialysis training and therapy.
• Educate patients and families about learning needs and treatment plans.
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness.
