U.S. Renal Care in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients on home dialysis and provide ongoing support.

The role focuses on delivering quality care and superior service across all patient interactions, in line with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include training patients and care partners, conducting home visits, documenting in the EMR, monitoring infection control, and coordinating with the physician and care team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and CPR certification required.
• Experience in home dialysis nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train patient and/or care partner in home dialysis modalities.
• Perform home visits and assess the patient environment.
• Document nursing services in the EMR and communicate with the care team.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and emergency procedures.
• Be available for on-call nursing services as needed.
