Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse, Peritoneal RN - We Will Train! to train patients in home dialysis and provide ongoing support, with in-center and home visits as needed.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with 8am–5pm hours, and includes on-call rotation compensation. The focus is on delivering high-quality care and achieving strong patient outcomes under CMS ESRD metrics.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current RN license and state requirements.
• Experience or training in home dialysis preferred.
• Ability to train patients and care partners in self-care peritoneal or hemodialysis.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Train patients and care partners in home dialysis procedures.
• Perform home visits and assess home environments for safety and suitability.
• Document nursing services in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient status and communicate findings to the physician team.
