Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where employed.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (preferred).
• Home dialysis experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care under supervision and coordinate patient care.
• Document dialysis data and adjust treatment plan as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis and treatment options.
• Deliver safe dialysis therapy with home partners and staff.
• Respond to emergencies per established protocol.
• Lead and train staff as assigned by supervisor.
• Coordinate labs and ensure proper specimen handling.
