Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Home Therapy RN II to support the coordination of patient care and patient education during home dialysis visits. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop ethically sound practices, and promote patient independence, while ensuring CMS-compliant home environments for dialysis at home.

The role emphasizes continuing education, quality improvement, and growth opportunities within a mission to improve lives of those with kidney disease.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
• Valid unencumbered state RN licensure.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to assess home dialysis suitability and CMS compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Act as patient teacher and advocate to support informed treatment decisions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.
