Satellite Healthcare is seeking an advanced Home Therapies Dialysis Nurse to coordinate patient care, advocate for patients, and mentor others. The role emphasizes home dialysis, ethical practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time position requires RN licensure, nephrology dialysis experience, and a commitment to patient education, safety, and CMS-compliant home treatment. Expect professional growth and direct impact on patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Two (2) years of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; in peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, or a combination of both.

Responsabilidades

• ENGAGE, ADVOCATE, and ROLE MODEL as an SHC coordinator of patient care.
• Perform home visits to assess home environment and CMS compliance for dialysis at home.
• Collaborate with care providers and health team members to ensure required care and informed consent.
