Satellite Healthcare seeks a Home Therapy RN to coordinate patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver essential services. The nurse will educate patients, support informed decisions, and promote independence in their dialysis at home.

Responsibilities include performing home visits to assess home suitability for home dialysis, ensuring CMS compliance, and serving as a patient advocate and teacher while maintaining compassionate care and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
• One (1) year of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to assess home suitability for home dialysis and CMS compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and advocate for patients.
• Educate patients and support informed consent and independence in treatment decisions.
