Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) with current state licensure.
• CPR certification is required.
• Training in dialysis therapies completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective oversight, support, training and scheduling of home dialysis therapies.
• Manage program profitability and key performance indicators to meet budgets.
• Direct care for Home Therapies patients from admission through discharge.
• Assess home environments and train patients and caregivers on safe operation of equipment.
• Support patient experience initiatives and uphold patient experience drivers.
• Ensure staff competency in home dialysis equipment and regulatory compliance.
• Manage program supplies and equipment tracking; ensure timely replenishment.
• Lead Continuous Quality Improvement and data entry for regulatory reporting.
