Qualifications

• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience required.
• One year medical-surgical nursing or ICU experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of dialysis therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and effective oversight, support, training and scheduling of the delivery of home dialysis therapies to patients in compliance with standards.
• Responsible for profit and loss management of the assigned program including budgeting and KPI performance.
• Directs and manages all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge for Home Therapies patients.
• Oversees patient and caregiver readiness and environment for home dialysis therapy, including training on equipment.
