You will supervise, train and schedule home dialysis therapies, drive patient readiness, and monitor caregiver competence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Successfully complete CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day home dialysis therapy delivery and staff scheduling.
• Manages program P&L to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Directs patient care from admission to discharge.
• Ensures staff competency and on-call support via phone.
• Directs data entry and regulatory reporting.
• Supports patient satisfaction initiatives and QA improvement.
