Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP to educate and supervise patients on home dialysis modalities. The role combines clinic-based instruction with initial home visits, under supervision, to ensure safe and effective treatment starts.

The successful candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a willingness to complete CAP requirements to advance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed RN in the state.
• BLS/CPR certification current or in progress.
• Home dialysis nursing experience preferred, nephrology exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and training on home dialysis therapy.
• Coordinate care plans and document in patient records.
• Administer medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with the health care team for patient safety and outcomes.
• Assist with travel to patient homes and on-call duties as needed.
