Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level RN for the Home Therapies Program in Willmar, MN. You will assess and coordinate care for patients on home dialysis, follow established protocols, educate families, and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

The role involvesperforming essential nursing duties under supervision, documenting in patient records, administering medications, and participating in on-call rotations to support safe home dialysis training.

Qualifications

RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
Entry level RN with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Perform nursing duties under supervision with guidance from Educator/Preceptor.
Collect and analyze dialysis data, adjust treatment plans, and document in medical records.
Educate patients and families on home dialysis training and treatment.
Administer medications per prescribed protocols and document effectiveness.
Direct and coordinate safe delivery of dialysis therapy with care team.
Participate in on-call rotation and travel to training sites or patient homes as needed.
