Job summary

University Health seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead administrative and clinical directions for all dialysis programs within the health system. The role spans renal clinic, inpatient and outpatient programs, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services, coordinating with Medical Directors to scale growth and ensure top-tier patient care.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to guide a diverse team across multiple sites in Texas.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license required
• 3+ years of clinical nurse supervisory or director experience in dialysis services
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and goal attainment.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums as a liaison for University Health.
