• Reinforces home hemodialysis (HHD) and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD) training under RN supervision.
• Assists with setup and preparation of home dialysis equipment and rooms.
• Maintains patient charts, documents vitals, and coordinates with HT RN.
• Performs clerical duties as assigned and supports inventory tracking.
