Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Milford, DE is seeking a PCT III HT to support home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis training under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Requires High School diploma or GED, certification, and at least five years of patient care experience; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid PCT national certification or state-specific certification.
• Minimum five years of patient care experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces home hemodialysis and PD training.
• Identifies patients, records vital signs, and collects intake data.
• Communicates with HT RN, staff, and care partners.
• Prepares supplies and manages treatment room readiness.
• Maintains patient charts and completes daily logs.
• Assists with water and dialysate testing as directed.
