Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in Naples, FL is seeking a Home Patient Care Technician with dialysis experience to support home dialysis patients under physician or RN supervision. You will uphold patient rights and maintain a private, dignified, safe environment.

Responsibilities include following facility training, meeting state licensing requirements, and obtaining or maintaining BLS certification. New hires must complete required certifications within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of dialysis experience may substitute per state regulations.
• Must meet state licensing requirements.
• Experienced PCTs: BONENT/NNCC/NNCO; new PCTs must certify within 18 months.
• Current BLS certification; new hires must obtain within 30 days.
• ESRD experience preferred.
