You will drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs and maintaining an active presence on the salesfloor, delivering design packages that align with brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Proficient in Google platforms and virtual communication.
• Excellent, effective, and timely communication skills.
• Strong affinity for technology and floor planning.
• Ability to stay current on design trends and translate brand vision.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience with enriched customer interactions.
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists and client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in-store, in-home, or via email/phone/virtual.
• Deliver projects timely within timelines and brand standards.
• Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Provide quick, gracious service and maintain product presentation.
• Develop lifelong client relationships through networking and clienteling.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and product information.
