Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Experience conducting design consultations in-store or in-home.
• Proficiency with Google platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools and floor planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated customer experience in-store, in-home, and virtually.
• Create moodboards, floor plans, product lists, and client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person, via email, phone, or video.
• Deliver projects on time and align with brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy.
• Develop lasting relationships through networking and clienteling.
• Stay informed on product information and design trends.
