Responsibilities

• Be familiar with department products.
• Follow planner, memos, and bulletins to drive sales.
• Coordinate intercom sales per policy.
• Plan and organize workflow, set priorities and timelines.
• Daily prioritize clerks' tasks and follow up.
• Monitor vendors for policy compliance.
• Maintain inventory records and store statements.
• Achieve profit and labor budgets.
• Authorize manager discretionary markdowns.
• Greet customers and provide prompt service.
• Assist customers with products.
• Package merchandise per policy.
• Train new personnel per procedures.
• Keep accurate in-store merchandise records.
• Order supplies per procedures.
• Receive product, price mark, and restock correctly.
• Maintain in-stock position on all products.
• Ensure apparel inventory accuracy and controls.
• Supervise direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
