Responsibilities

• Coordinate with lenders, contractors, and the factory to keep projects on track.
• Ensure documents, payments, and approvals are complete before delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer communication at every stage of the process.
• Handle select administrative duties where needed, such as ordering supplies and mail distribution.
• Review contracts for completeness and track deal progress in logs.
• Process deposits, transmittals, and invoices; maintain accurate records.
