Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Home Delivery Coordinator/Case Worker to oversee the Home Delivered Meal Program and support Congregate Meal Service at nutrition sites. Responsibilities include staff guidance, volunteer development, client assessments, and delivery route management.

The role involves in-home assessments, program development, and collaboration with branch leadership to meet annual enrollment and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or two years of related experience.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification required and current.
• Serv-Safe Food Handling certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Manage Home Delivery program operations and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Oversee staff development, supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers; ensure compliance with YMCA requirements.
• Maintain participant files, scheduling, and quality assurance activities.
