Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Home Delivery Coordinator/Case Worker for the Senior Nutrition Carson program. You will oversee the Home Delivery Meal Program and support Congregate meals, under the supervision of the Senior Nutrition Site Manager.

Responsibilities include staff and volunteer supervision, client assessments, route management, and ensuring program compliance. This full-time role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with up to 50% travel and day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or two years of paid/volunteer experience in homecare or related field.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required; must remain current.
• Serv-Safe Food Handling certification required; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Home Delivery program operations and assist Congregate Meal services.
• Conduct client assessments and determine ADL/IADL needs.
• Manage route planning, meal packing and delivery.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers; ensure program safety and quality.
• Maintain client files and ensure compliance with policies and reporting.
