The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and opportunities for growth across a fast-growing retailer with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, building relationships, employing consultative selling, and collaborating with store teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or commission-based sales is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Interest in home design and interior décor helpful.
• Experience with CRM tools or systems is beneficial.
