Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers realize home design ideas and provide world-class service in-store. You will engage customers, build relationships, and contribute to a high-energy, gimmick-free shopping experience.

Role supports both full-time and part-time opportunities with an hourly pay model and uncapped commissions; first-year earnings commonly range between $45,000 and $65,000.
