SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites with a Class A or B CDL. You will load, mix, and inspect concrete, provide exceptional customer service, and keep accurate delivery records. Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, Go-Getter attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous mixer/ready mix delivery experience is a plus—but newcomers welcomed.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety and compliance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
