Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites with a Class A or B CDL. You’ll be the face of SRM on the road, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer service while upholding safety and compliance, and performing routine vehicle inspections.

You’ll be home daily and part of a safety-first team. SRM offers competitive hourly wages with overtime after 8 hours, bonuses, and annual raises, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every job.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A or B) to transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
