Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites. Class A or B CDL required; safety-focused and service-oriented. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safety record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and SRM values.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
