Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate class A or B CDL trucks, load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries with customer-first service.

You will be the face of SRM at job sites, upholding safety and quality while maintaining records and collaborating with dispatch. This role offers home daily shifts, overtime, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide excellent customer service at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and document deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and timing.
• Assist with general plant/yard duties as needed.
