Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a CDL Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B) and represent SRM with professionalism and a service-first attitude on every job.

You will load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specs, perform pre/post-trip checks, and follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols. Home daily with overtime opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CDL with Class A or B and current DOT medical card.
• Record of safe driving and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer truck and deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to spec.
• Provide professional customer service at each site.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain delivery records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant/yard duties as needed.
