Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites while providing exceptional customer service. With Class A or B CDL, you will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional handling of each load.

You will operate safe routes with home daily schedules, upholding safety protocols and SRM’s values. A strong safety record, good communication, and teamwork are essential; newcomers who are motivated are

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
