Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites in Colorado. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), perform inspections, and ensure safety and quality on every delivery.

You are the face of SRM at sites, providing professional service and accurate records. Home daily with no Sunday work, overtime after 8 hours, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
