Job summary

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join our team. You will deliver concrete to commercial and residential job sites and be the face of SRM at the customer site.

This role offers home daily schedules, competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior mixer or delivery experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM values.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
