Job summary

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver quality concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and provide excellent customer service while representing SRM on every job.

The role requires safety focus, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and willingness to complete pre- and post-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
