Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
