SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete with a Class A or B CDL. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries, safety, and superior customer service while maintaining vehicle and delivery records.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and strong safety commitment.
• Exceptional customer service mindset and SRM values on every job.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prev. Mixer Operator/Ready Mix/construct delivery exp is a plus; newcomers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols to protect all.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
