Job summary

Clayton Homes Boise is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the home buying journey, creating a world class experience.

This is a full‑time role offering a $50k base with lucrative commission, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work in a team environment, visit model centers, and help customers move toward ownership.

Qualifications

• 6+ months B2C sales or retail experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing or license in progress.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured home sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work the required schedule, including Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes; lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and model homes.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects via CRM.
• Maintain customer files and ensure timely follow-up.
• Merchandise and maintain model home appearance.
• Support team with appointments, demonstrations, and events.
